Mary and Bailey, our Cavalier King Charles Certified Therapy Dog, are active members of the Durango therapy dog group. These highly trained pups bring joy and comfort wherever and whenever needed. From weekly visits to the Cottonwood Rehab Center and Pediatric Partners to special visits to the Park Elementary class rooms when tragedy struck, these dogs and their handlers are on the scene.

The funny thing about getting older is that more and more people are younger than you. It's the same with real estate agents. The vast majority are young folks. Mary and I recognized the importance of understanding and addressing the special issues seniors face when buying or selling real estate. After additional study and training we have now added the designation of "SRES", Seniors Real Estate Specialist to our realty toolbox.
